(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); After being away from GTA for a while, I've recently gotten back into it and for that reason I decided to download it again from Steam. The download went smooth, no errors nor any complications. However, when I try to launch the game, the RockstarSC login pops-up, and I log in. The pop-up closes and the loading indicator on the mouse start spinning for a few seconds and then stop, BUT the game never launch?

Everything is up to date, the hardware, the software and the game. I've seen TONS of people having this problem, but I haven't found a proper fix yet. Any ideas? =]

Btw, this is on Windows 7.

Got it working, i just had to re-install MS Visual C++ 2005, and run the launcher through Service pack 3.
