Not if they got a putty server lol.
Puttys are illegal can hold you off for days.
The other booters are just minutes and rarely hours.

Yeah, I was looking around my router's default gateway page I saw that I get my Ip address dynamically from ISP. Is that good?

Nope, I think you have a static IP meaning if someone knows your IP they can hit you offline and you can't change it without constantly phoning your internet provider to do it for you same thing happened to my friend. You may need a router upgrade or phone your internet provider for more advice. I'm not 100% though. The guy probably won't do anything though.

Update: restart your router see if your IP changes, or hit the reset button.

He knows where I live and everything, he told me the city and state I live in. He was right, my friends joined my party and said he was trying to ip flood me as of now but I'm still on. My internet bogged down for like a 5 seconds but I think my firewall is blocking him. People said he was trying to but he couldn't.

Firewall can't stop it his using a weak booter thats why. He can tell where you live etc because he put your IP in google > IP lookup or tracer no worries about it though he can't do anything just a little random kid excited over a booter his used for his 1st time.
I advise to reset your router/modem and check if your IP changes. Don't leave it otherwise your IP will remain the same and you may not be able to sign in. If you restarted your router/modem and your IP didn't change phone your internet provider they will change it for you and maybe upgrade your router for a small fee to a dynamic router.
