to be honest there isn't a free booter that will hit people offline unless they have bad connection. I suggest quatumbooter.net or iddos.net and if you want the best get a putty login.

You won't find anything good for free, You'd be better off just buying a cheap vps and hitting off that.

You can try Net5 if they still have it, it will flood you Xbox/PS3 with data and cause you to become host.
