Error… Cat invasion!
I feel that if there was a working emulator wouldn't we have heard about either on ngu or the psx-scene, ps3hacks, or ps3news? Nevertheless here is what I have found.
I found what seems to be a working ps3 emulator. I am yet to test it but was wondering what you all think about it and if anyone has experience with it.

I'm not sure about it i searched it up on YouTube and saw some videos about it, but i wouldn't trust it.. this was an old project they were working on before.. You must login or register to view this content. this one actually worked.

Wouldn't even waste the time. It's clear that its fake. The ps2 emulator doesn't even play all games 100% and that's been in development since the ps2's release. The ps3's hardware is much more complex then that and I highly doubt there is a full speed one out there. In fact no pc out there could run it. Think of it this way. The ps3 has essentially 8 cores. Each one of those has to be emulated and for the most part has to be matched on a modern pc which I dont think many people are on an 8 core+ system.
Not to mention it said it's written in vb.net and C++. That should raise flag for concern
