(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello all,

Has anyone encountered this?

Fresh windows 7 install, latest drivers.

Games will crash the Intel graphics driver, extremely annoying.

I have had it happen maybe 40times playing Minecraft, and Kerbal Space Program.

It generally only happens when moving the game window around, or minimizing.

Im not sure what else I can do :(

I have actually tried two 4770Ks, and 3 different installs of windows.

Why are you using the integrated graphics on this chip instead of a GPU?

Anyways, the integrated GPU is not powerful, and there could be a number of issues. One that comes to mind could be high temperatures, try monitoring your temps, another that comes to mind could be lack of proper compatibility with games. I would try to update your Intel drivers for your specific graphics unit.

Im using it because, thats what I have.. if you check out the benchmarks it is more then enough to play the games I listed.

Even if it was not powerful enough, the game should just lag - not crash the whole graphics driver and screw up half of my running applications.

As my OP said, latest drivers are installed.

Temps are 100% fine, monitored etc Smile

Im out of ideas.

Well you could attempt to roll back on the drivers. When both of my original GTX 570's died I was on the integrated 3000 and yea it sucked but I too was able to play most games on lowish settings. So if anything you could try doing that.
