(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Works like V sync does on a monitor but the other way around, so GPU to monitor. In other words it should result in a better system with less screen ripping. Due to GPUs not outputing a fixed rate why we have V sync.
It's a chip inside the monitor so far only ASUS monitors have the chip VG248QE family only.

No word on other companies putting the chip into their hardware as of yet.

wat vsync basically makes games more playable at low fps by smoothing out the picture so its not as choppy

Same tech but a better way of doing it hardware based over mainly software V sync.
