Redirects EU connections to the US in an attempt to fix twitch.tv lag

Do you watch Twitch.tv? Are you from Europe? Do you have persistent lag issues? If you answered yes to these questions, then this is the extension for you!

It will proxy requests that the flash player makes to a US server. For some reason, Twitch's European servers lag pretty bad from Europe, but the US servers work fine (for me at least). When the extension is working properly, you will also see additional information such as resolution, bitrate and cluster in your Twitch player.
