So! Alot of people have asked me how to remove that crap form skype:

I tried serval ways and its stil dosent removed from my pc.
But after like 30-40 minutes, i finally figar it out:

1) On skype go on Tools >> Options >> Advanced Settings >> Manage other programs >> And remove the Skype Emoticons

2) The tool stil not removed, while you will restart skype, the tool will show up again.
So go on Control Panel \ Programs \ Programs and Features And search for Skype Emoticons (If its not find it search for se.exe)

3) now Close skype and go on "Task Manager" And go on "Processes" then search for se.exe and close it

4) Open a folder, go on:

    C:\Users\(Your PC username)\AppData\Roaming

and you will see the folder "SkypeEmoticons (Or Skype Emoticons)
Delete that folder and your done, you can go back on skype and you will see that the skype emoticons is no longer exist.
