Step One
Firstly we need to download You must login or register to view this content. Vista Glazz is a program that patches the windows vista theme.dll so it makes it you can install themes with ease.

Step two
Install Vista Glazz using all the recommended options (You do not have to install seperate programs that they are promoting)

Step three
You then want to open vista glazz and click the first icon which looks like a computer, once you have clicked that you should go down to where it says "Patch Files" and patch them.

Step Four
Now your going to want to choose your theme, a good list of themes can be found here..

Once you have found a nice theme, download it (you will need winrar) and their should be a read me file in it. If you would like a nice windows 7 theme, I recommend using this ;
