Easily? Linux. OSX can be annoying and is not always straight forward depending on what hardware is in the machine.
You can use something like unetbootin to create a bootable flash drive and have it put on whatever version of linux you want.

It can either download it for you or you can download an ISO yourself and just select it.

does it install it for you like I put it in the computer and follow the steps and it intalls it and im ready to go or is there more to it

That really depends on what distro you go with. The only one I used with this was ubuntu and it's no different than installing windows.

No you don't need a key, it's free. Just download it and use that program I linked and it will set up the flash drive for you.

Yep, then select from boot devices in BIOS your little USB and you are good to go.
