Post: Please Help, I Need Your Opinion

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My dilemma is that I've ordered a Dell Inspiron 15 from the Dell website on Sunday 27th December and a week later Sunday 3rd January I still haven't even had an e-mail from Dell. I don't know if my payment has been confirmed, what is happening to my order or anything. I tried tracking my order through an alternate method and it came up with an error.

Should I cancel my order and buy somewhere else? Please vote as I'll make my decision tomorrow.

I would say no for now, try and contact them or call them to see if you can find out as thats weird as they should give you some order code. If you entered your info, possibly if you call them you can provide them that info(like your address, phone, etc) and they could see and then email you the info?

I know they do take some time to arrive as I got one for christmas(a laptop from dell) and my parents said it took like a month to arrive.

Thanks man. A month? Jesus! The thing is, I can't contact them at all. They ask you for the Order Number which you get in the e-mail they send you; which i still haven't recieved. I'll have a good look in the support section later on.
