Unfortunately not, I'm 99% sure YouTube delete them for good in order to save space considering how much video is stored on there. Also don't bother contacting YouTube, they don't respond, EVER.
If I were you though I'd just start over, and store every video on your hard-drive hidden somewhere.
P.S. Punch your cousin for me, I can't imagine how annoying this would be.
