What Do i Do After installing all that?

For:
Malware Bytes: Install Malware bytes, and Please conduct a "quick scan" then PM ME, the text file that appears as soon as the scan is done.

For:
Spybot - Search & Destory : Install Spybot and Scan your system, theres no option todo a quick scan so that can take anywhere from a Half-Hour to an Hour, in that time dont use anything that connects to the internet.

For:
Trend Micro - HijackThis : Just install i personally need to look at this, or you can give me the text that comes after a scan, scan takes from 10-20 mins, or this is where teamviewer comes in handy.


For:
Teamviewer: Just install it, this is last resort this is where i personally fix your computer. What is required is that you pm the password and username is assigns you. and i fix your problem.
