That worked for me, PSN version though no fixes or anything.

okay i dont think thath it is a rebug problem or something,ive tried it from habib cobra 4.55,habib 4.65,and rebug 4.65 nothing happens,downloaded from torent from oposio,updated normaly trough 1.05 installed content and now after i chose my charter,paf problem reading game contetn.
Its great if you find way for yourself,i will keep tryin' and searchin trough google,thanks for repaly peace

Use PSN version, install everything and rap files on a clean formatted PS3 and reinstalled and disable cobra mode.
