install bles version and copy the folders in dev_hdd0/game/bles to blus. this worked for me on BF4 and it might help you

Wait until it is available then ask. I doubt it will need a rap file since the method of removing the requirement for a rap is quite well known now. Like razor said will most likely will be one way of doing it since the only difference in the es and us versions was the param.sfo.
