So i created a new one.
And it was banned aswell ?? Wtf
So reset the router
Loaded my new private cid
And came up with all that thing about
Compatibility pack 1 and 2 and also
The game content installation ,
But i cant go farther than 57%
Please help.

Also tried on a second ps3 with a new account loading
BLES01857 [Destiny]and the same problem. with a new cid.

Looks like your cid is blacklisted. so if you make a new account using that cid/psid.
it will also be banned so change both cid/psid. then you will be fine

The CID ban is temporary. It will last for about 1-2 weeks (mostly like 1 week, according to my personal experience). Were you doing Raids with mods?

Yea. I used mods for the raids.
I know so they banned my cid.
So i put a new one.
But still not letting me install the game properly
