use REBUG_4.70.1_REX_PS3UPDAT , if not work with you delete destiny data [from Game data utility] , use Rebuild Database ( from , recovery mode or by webMAN) , and install all DLC and Updates .

dsetiny worked with me well on REBUG_4.70.1_REX_PS3UPDAT without any problem .

I have Rebug 4.70.1 D-Rex, do you have the BLES region?

Btw I deleted my game data went back to the game, downloaded the update cuz I was forced to then when it goes to main menu, there goes the error expansion damaged.

I haven't tried rebuilding the data base but I'll try

Also do you have the PSN version of destiny?

I have BLES01857 ... go to files destiny [/dev_hdd0/GAMEZ/BLES01857/PS3_GAME/] , and make sure you have just these files:
LICDIR
TROPDIR
USRDIR
ICON0.PNG
PARAM.SFO
PIC1.PNG
PS3LOGO.DAT
SND0.AT3

if you see another files delete it
