I'm using BLES destiny version with installed DLC (No black ghost and no season pass) but Dark Below, have no problem with ban for more than 3 months. Checked the game and still not banned but interested in HoW for now.
Anybody has this DLC and not banned?

the dlc is out but the ban im not sure anyone is safe

but how to launch it, can't find a dlc download? i'm ready for ban want some real life xD

Yeah, I haven't seen a DLC release on forums about it.
Btw, I'm one of those who got banned with this release. I'm trying to understand the possible specific reasons of bans from Bungie, so I'm going to ask you some questions as I already did to others :
You haven't been banned, so :
1) What is your Firmware version?
2) What homebrew did you use for disable CFW?
3) Is your game in folder format or .ISO? Also, is it played from internal or external HDD? What backup manager did you use?
4) You installed ONLY The Dark Below as DLC?

I think with season pass you can download the house of wolves dlc. So if you use the season pass patch you have everything.

As i remember when Dark Below was released and everybody starts to download DLC there was a resolution that black ghost and season pass leads to ban. That's the reason why installed not season pass but exactly Dark Below. I think it could be same with House of Wolves
