If you only got account ban, you can reset your ip address (turn off your modem for a few seconds and turn on) you can update your ps3 to ofw 4.75 , create a new account and play the original game.
IMO , install ofw just for playing Destiny its a mistake but its just me!

Thing is I'm unjailbreaking my ps3 and giving it to my mate I don't want to get my mate banned on it coz it was previously jailbroken
it was a console ban but they only do that for 3 days
