It sounds like your team is attempting to play the offside trap. What team are you playing with because this may be a default setting for that team?

Also you just tap a button to keep the keeper on the line when 1vs1 but i'm not sure which button. I'll try and find out for you and reply back when i find out.

It is basicly an offside trap but if it's automatic then it's EA's fault I've said for a long time they need to sort the defending out.

I lowered the aggression and pressing to 1 and i also kept them as organized i have 5 at the back and 2 defensive mids it kind of works but they still get split

have aggession at highest and pressing at middle, and i use offside trap, and 4 at the back...

thanks its the 1 2s that usual split me the players are too split

I wish it was that easy and the defending on FIFA is horrible, they just run everywhere.
