No point mate, they just don't take any time look after us players. I had a problem and had to buy a new one. It's a joke.

Yeah EA's support system is really touch and go, one time my online pass wouldn't work for BFBC2 so they gave me VIP for free

But the next time they basically told me to pay the £5 for a new one...

Not too good, I'm starting to compare them to Activision's greediness :O
