As found by me !

Step 1. go to the half was line
Step 2. Go into a free kick
Step 3. press circle then press select and switch sides before he kickes it.
Step 4. run out as the keeper
Step 5.switch back to the player when the keeper is at the half way line
Step 6. Take the kick (keep it out of the goal but on the pitch)
Step 7. Watch as the keeper and the player move in the same direction
