Do a barrel roll!
i think they already Fitness Glitch... Patched
but
u can do other thing to get fit 99 .for any player or players u want
to get fit 99 just put them Outside the main squad and join single player after that just join the game and start no need to wait after the started direct u can cancelled match and u will got all players out the main squad fit 99
i hope this will help u to keep coins
