The one method that everyone will say is the 59th minute, but to do that effectively you will need coins, do a couple of tournaments (maybe use the fitness glitch to save coins on fitness cards) and slowly upgrade your team, even if it is just 75 OVR players, its a start, do more tournaments, get more coins, keep players in contract, then try your luck at the 59th minute
