You were the victim of a phishing website, there is no way you can get your team back, you will have to be more carefull next time.

No then he cannot take money + im positive if you sign in to (For example) your account and you have the billing stuff ect.. it asks you to re-put them back in if you sign in on a different ps3.

And i doubt ea will even give you anything back! as on there site it does also say beware of scammers, and i think in fifa forums there is a thread about phishing sites.
