I have more teams but this is all i really care about

These are the improvements i could think of quicky lol.

BBVA: Put Benzema on instead of Aguero. Also get reyes instead of Di Maria and MAYBE get alonso instead of mascherano, but im not sure as alonso is meant to have good passing but it never seems to be the case.

PACE: Swap Sagna for Bosingwa for Pace. A complete change of CMs (VDV, Modric, Nasri all good). Terry and ferdinand/vidic for CBs.

Serie A: Vargas is good for LM, or put di natale then and put Lavezzi up front. Defense needs to be improved a lot, CBs such as chiellini and Silva are cheap and v. good. RM krasic? hes big and fast. LB and RB need to be changed but cant remember for who off the top of my head.

BPL: Your pace team is a lot better than this one, so I'd say that one is your BPL one lol.

Cheap England: Nice, improvements are people like Bent, Carroll if u want to keep this team on the cheap side. =)

Bronze Teams: I dont really know much bout these ones, sorry. Although dutminat told me theres a 6 ft 10 goalkeeper. May be worth looking into.
