Depends on your budget... 4-1-2-1-2 cards are 10k each.

Whereas 3-4-3 cards are barely 300 each.

41212, 4231 and 433 are my personal favourites.

If I were you i'd go for a fairly un-used formation. 4-4-2, 4-1-2-1-2 and 4-3-3 cards can be very expensive, but they are the "best" formations and the one's that seem to work out best.

Just try out all the formations in single playerr matches and see which ones work the best for you. If you find 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-4-2 works then use it, but be prepared to pay a lot if you want good chemistry.

I like 4-3-1-2/4-3-2-1. If you are making a team from one league/country, having all players in the right formation doesn't matter too much, as you can generally get 100 chem without it.

I use 3-4-1-2.

There isn't a best formation, it's what you play well with. What players you have and which works the best for them.

4-1-2-1-2 is the best for me =)
