personally i think del bosque is the best although many managers have different specialitys depending what your looking for, you can have any manager as you can buy formation cards for your manager aswell.

You want both an Italian manager and the right formation. I have Ancelotti for my Seria A.

Just buy the cheapest Ancelotti (or another Italian manager) then buy the 4-2-2-2 manager formation card.
