4-3-3 formation.
Put messi at ST and David Villa to RW. That way messi will hold up the ball and link with wingers in a passing motion. Just pass a lot and don't shoot from far out.

Just remember to not run with the ball, let the ball run up the field doing the hard work, if you watch Barcelona they always do 1-2 passes which result in more space bing created, this drags in the wingers of the oppositions team and creates even more space for your team, and remember to lay it off allot and have some flare BUT keep it simple!

TBH the standard formation/team for Barca on FIFA is the same as they played in the CL final (Without Mascherano at CB) and it is good to use.

But I think that it is impossible to replicate the real Barca on FIFA, especially as you always get noobs who run around like headless chickens chasing every ball for 90 mins.
