Yeh. A darker green line is a link, a brighter green line is 2 links. There are 3 ways to get a 1 link between players.

From the same League (Dark Green)
From the same Country (Dark Green
From the same Team (Bright Green)

Best way to get good chemistry is make sure the players are in the formation and position of their card. Don't put a 4-3-3 LW in a 4-4-2 RM position!
