Ive tried all the steps, if you have had this problem then what did you do to resolve it?

It happens when you get disconnected from a game on UT (on the xbox/PS3) and then get disconnected from the servers. If you just go on, move the player on the console and then go on the web app again it should fix it.

Yep, as Matt said try it on the console version. If not, re-download your browser or use a different one.
