Is this happening all the time or does it happen sometimes.. If sometimes most people get it, even myself. If its constant and you can never get on I'd ring customer support.

Well I never owned Fifa 11 and I dont have 12 but that used to happen to me all the time on 10, I just signed out and in, clicked UT straight away and it worked every time... May as well give it a try if you havent done...

I sometimes get this, I just log out and back in again. You probably have, but have you tried resetting your router?

this happens when the game is frm diff region or ur psn id region nd ea's region dnt match
if ur using USA PSN try making a UK 1 nd play UT

i dont think its that cuz i was able to play fifa 10 & 11 UT

I got the same problem like 5 times in a row, i just reset my ps3 and it stopped.

delete all your game data (settings/patches) and all.. then it will work, its a problem while installing the game it missed a main file.

i already did this :/ i deleted everything and it doesnt work...btw i discovered that when iu use another acc then it works but with my main acc it doesnt :/ and also when u go to my fifa online and then to my ea profile u can see if u voucher code was entered and with my other acc is says actif and with my main acc it says redeemed ....
