He wants to gameshare the fifa 12 online pass. normally if people buy fifa 12 pre owned they cannot access online because the pass is used, therefore he is offering you to share the pass so you can get online

dude buy it off the ps store ( the full game ) split price between 5 people and download off eachother , no need for online pass as it does not ask you for it , iv dun this in uk and has worked
