RM- David Villa (Although he's only bought LW, place him here)
CAM- Mesut Ozil
ST- Cristiano Ronaldo
ST- Mario Gomez (Big Hold up guy, Plays Ronaldo through every time)

Depending on your style of play, I'd play something quite attacking. I prefably use 3-5-2 When I feel like going mad, or 4-3-3 (2) Formation, with the 3 man midfield being CDM, CM, CAM.

GK- Joe Hart (10k)
CB- Kompany (18k)
CB- Micah Richards (Although only RB but put him CB, roughly 10k)
CB- Branislav Ivanovic (Guy is a TANK, so Strong and reasonably quick worth the 5k)
CDM- Yaya Toure (41k)
CDM- Michael Essien (26k)
LM- Juan Mata (20k)
RM- Gervinho (Purely for Pace, I actually like him 15k)
CAM- VDV (47k)
ST- RVP (59k)
ST- Demba Ba (IF, 24K, Quick and good shot)

I Haven't done the maths in honesty; It's quite late here, I think your comfortably safe, I may have room for improvement!
