Max Team Rating: "Specify what team level you want to play"
Ranked or Unraked: "Specify type here"
Your Time Zone: "Specify your time zone, I.E GMT"
Wager: "Specify if your brave enough to put down a wager, I.E 5k coins"
Ultimate Team or Ranked H2H: "Enough specifying, think this is pretty straight forward"


Obviously, If you opt to play Ultimate team, the top two don't really apply, but still identify your time zone & any wager you wish to place. With the wager it could be a number of things, You could do 5k coins, 2 million vBux, You buy a pack for that person and give him (or her) the contents of that pack; Obviously with pack opening theres alot of trust involved, try to be genuine.
