IM getting sick of the noobs and semi good players, who just contain ALL the time. Im used to play much more skilled people, and is therefore finding it difficult to break the containing. Im a pretty good skiller, and I do a lot of fake shots - but the containing just kills that option for me. The only way i really can beat it is by passing and making silly goals.

So what is the best way to break containing? or how do you guys do it?

Shut up, how is someone a noob just because they're good enough to stop your style of play.

Yes containing is annoying, but so are people that whore fake shots.

And the easiest way is to let them come at you and get them on the break. Even with the bullshit physics that someone with 70 pace can keep up with someone with 90 pace if you're breaking you'll be able to get away and get 1 on 1.

its a part of the game, just get over it. perhaps it should be disabled during online matches though. who knows..

Shut up? relax man. And i will explain why they are noobs, even though you probably know this. They are the type of players who use pace down the wings, playing lobbed passes all the time. They do not do a single skill move through out the game, no innovative passes ect. And in defence they just contain with defensive/ultra-defensive mentality on.

And i do fakeshots because they create space for longshots and outside finesses etc.

Well regarding removing it from online gameplay. Nah containing is good some times, like blocking crosses from the wings. BUT they should do something to make the defence fuck up if you contain too much. At least that's my opinion.

you cant control how people play i admit it is annoying when people just contain all game but thats there style of play not everyone wants to do skills some just prefer to win games by any means, just deal with it personally i think people that do skills all game are annoying so if i played you i would just contain too,

Contained defending is extremely frustrating at times especially when you're about to shoot.

They're not noobs just because they defend a certain way. I'll admit that a lot of people are extremely frustrating that just contain, or play lobbed passes. But if they're just containing then it allows you basically a free run up the whole park.

You can't call people noobs because they don't use skill moves or fancy passes.. I chuck the odd occasional skill move in, but if it's not necessary then why do it?

And you can call someone a noob yet i bet all you do is probably run down the wing, chuck a mcgeady spin in and finesse into corner. Finesse shots are so overused but hey I'm not going to call you a noob because it's in the game for a reason just like containing is. Allows those people that don't wanna jump in and risk a silly tackle.

Pace abusers are simple to defend against.
If they're way of playing the game is so nooby you should be able to beat them every time.
