Needing serious help!

I have downloaded Fifa 12 from the PSN store and it loads up fine and everything, i then go to play a 2vs2 with my mate and it asks me to download the latest squad updates! Here is where it all goes wrong! it fails and says "Unable to download roster at this time please try again later" this just keep happening over and over again?! any help?

try going to my fifa or the settings and download latest squad update try doing it that way its somewhere in one of the settings
