(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); my email for the web app is now closed/deleted as i thought i didnt need it any more and now i have forgotten my password and i was told by help.ea that i needed i persona tranfer and that could only be done online.

has anyone ever done this before ? what info will i need to know to change my account to a different email ?
