I haven't played a Fifa game since Fifa 08 or 09 so I'm really just a beginner. Are there any things I need to know as a beginner? What about the game modes - do you guys just play FUT or my player/manager and are there any tips for those? I'll probably play my manager a lot since I usually like to play sports games offline. I also wanted to know if you have to spend money to get a decent FUT like you do in NBA 2k13 and Madden 13.

I would play FUT and play offline gamemodes (divisions, tournaments) until you make a good team and more experienced with the game. Also you do have to spend money in FUT.

just play FUT seasons... youll get alot of coins and then buy a pacey team for 10k and stick with them. youll be winning online div 1 in no time
