As this is a Fifa 16 related question I have move the thread to Fifa 16 section.

did you update it on your ps3? if so delete the update and download it from the internet shouldnt be hard to find then installand fix the permissions through multiman

go to multiman click triangle on fifa 16 then go to game settings and click Internal & Mirror then go out and click triangle on the game again and click permission and test. Try that then load the game.
