He means that if an IF card of a certain player has been in packs for 1 week they are no longer available, so there are no more IF of those players on the market unless they get a SIF

after it has been in packs for 1 weeks i know u cant find it by opening pack anymore, but you can still buy it from people who got that inform player, and thank you for the reply
