(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I bought a 15,000 Premium Gold Jumbo pack then lost connection to the EA servers and it's now disappeared along with the 15,000 coins used to buy it! Angry

what can I do? No smart remarks please, I worked hard winning matches for all those coins and for all I know the pack might have had Messi or Ronaldo in it

help would be appreciated please!

are you sure the items are not in your trade pile. or try logging into web app and see if they in 'items' area.

It's happened to me plenty of times. Keep quitting the game and start it back up. Keep doing it for about 3-4 times if it doesn't work contact EA. It usually worked for me the 3rd time I re-booted it.

This happened to me and i did what Gazorade said and it worked.
