Happy hour is when u have better chance of getting BETTER players... and usually there is a new pack each happy hour (Jumbo or ONLY Players pack)

about the timing it sometimes get changed so u better keep eye on the main twitter account, they always post when its happy hour.

no its not greater chance of better player its just the special packs. last year it was a greater chance of IF but not this year so far
