I know my squad isn't perfect and 4-4-1 sucks but think that it cost me about 200k coins thanks to my autobuyer

Re-jig it a bit, Don't stick with a full english team. Your better of with a Serie A defence or Liga BBVA. They have much better centre backs then EPL.
Go with the likes of Thiago Silva and Chiellini. Pacey, Strong, Huge Aerial threats. Goalkeeper IF Julio Cesar, you'll have the chemistry. Remove Lampard; He's too slow, great shot, but sluggish fart. If you Put David Silva in their and keep Mata, you'll keep chemistry but have a SMALL (height wise) midfield.
Theirs an In-Form Michael Richard's who will set you back about 200k alone, so he may be a bit of a struggle to get. Go for an UP Bale for Left Midfield.

CB- Gieorgio Chiellini
CB- Thiago Silva
LB- Keep current
RB- IF Micah Richards
LM- Gareth Bale
CM- Luka Modric
CM- David Silva
RM- Keep current
CF- Keep (Or purchase Van Der vaart/Stronger CF like Drogba)
ST- Keep current

Depends on your playstyle, if you put a lot of crosses in it's better to have Van persie for his height but if you like to dribble/do skill moves then deffinately get Aguero.

Aguero 88 is very very good, But he isn't the tallest. If you play 1 man upfront you need a tall(ish) striker
