There is 8 Leagues that will get an 11 player informed. NOT all 8 will be released, I believe week by week. but anyways how much packs will you be opening? With fifa points or coins?

Sorry but I don't have sure if you are right on "11 player informed". I think it will be 23 to each TOTS.
