Basic literally means a fresh install of vBulletin with no modification at all. Once it's installed it's down to you.
Pro :
Pro includes the creation of categorys, Usergroups, Rep systems, Infractions and a basic explanation of vBulletin.
Works :
The Works includes templates, Plug-in's everything! As well as a detailed explanation of how everything works. Works comes with 2 weeks forum management for free! As well as free Icon editing![/B]
Any hosting provided by me is likley to have a Subdomain as well as a VERY limited Bandwith - Any hosting I provide is recommended to be for short term use only, I will help migrating to a proper host if you get one.
