Since the account has $15 You can keep $2.50 and have some vbux if you succesfully verfy it.

And the longer you have been here the more I would trust you
The higher the status the better (e.g a Prem is more trustworthy than a non-prem but a Sectional/Normal Moderator is even more trustworth IMO)

You can verify paypal from any country, also without doing the verifying yourself you will never be able to send money to the account.

I am an Australian citizen dealing in $AUD and I have succesfully verified my $US paypal account. All you do is add your financial information into the website click verify, then you need to wait approximately 3-4 days and ask your bank how much money was added to your account. It will usually be around $0.13US etc (you need to call them because on your statement it will most likely be converted into pounds/pence)

Paypal has also got great support on thier website, and I would reccomend you try to utilise it.

Thats ok.. All bank information is universal.. you have a BSB, Bank number and account name.. Just enter that infos and when they make the deposit your bank will convert the currency automatically. Call em up and ask what the $US amount was.
