When you buy a PSN account and you change the email, an email is sent to the original owner. The email clearly shows the email that the buyer changed it to. The seller can then use the security question to get the account back because he would know the new email
To make sure this does not happen, change the email twice. the 1st time with a fake email and then the second time with a real but new email. The seller won't receive an email the second time you changed it because his email was not the las email on the account, the fake one you changed it to was. I will show some screenshots.

Thats why you don't buy psn accounts. You can also call Sony and tell them your original info and they can get it back the way plus ban the person who changed any information on it like the email.
