You can do a data transfer via the internet using Hamachi. It will transfer alll the data on a jailbroken ps3 to a non-jailbroken one.

It DOES work. I have done it multiple times. Alot of people say it does not work because they are to far apart. One guy can't be in China & the other guy be in Alaska. lol. We are in the same state so it should be no problem.
