(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Its unverified and needs verifying to allow you to send the money so im selling it for lower than its worth. You need a us bank account for it.

It says You recently hit your PayPal sending limit and had your payment declined, but this is easy to fix. when trying to send money the Sending Limit: is $0.00 USD
